Family Bushcraft Survival Day & Night
This course is designed to get families out into the wild and learn to live comfortably in the wild without a digital device in sight, including mobile phones. Getting back to nature for a day and night.
The skills covered will include:
Shelter building;
Lighting fires using different techniques and various materials;
Cooking on an open fire safely;
Processing water to make it safe to drink; and,
Tree identification.
This course is ideal for Mums and Dads and their children, to discover the delights of learning to live in the outdoors in a safe and fun environment.
Overnight to incorporate sleeping under a tarp in a bivvy bag, which will be provided, in a basecamp setting, with cooking and evening meal on an open fire.
Course costs are £60 per person for up to 3 persons in one family.
For families sized 4, £200.
Location: Private Woodland outside Sheffield, South Yorkshire
